10 Point Make Business Plan Strategy 

Most of the people want to make business but they do not know how, for me also difficult do decide. In today I work for company over 5 year but the income it is not enough. So only one way that run out this situation is make my own business but I do not know what kind of business I should make. Everyday I always thinking and take note for my goal and vision. Step by step keep make business plan and change business plan I hope one day I will follow my business plan.

1-Thinking about your business what you like but also think about what the market need
Make business that you love and like is the best that can make your business success.
2-Do what you have skill and fit with you.
You need to find the business that related with your skill or what you character is.
3-Prepare your capital
You need to manage capital and money flow very well and prepare for invest when the low season coming (raining season) but it is depend on your business.
4-Find location
Location also importance for run business and make success. The location need to fit with you business as well. (Example: Coffee Shop should be near school and near business man area , and also think about parking place also.
5-Create Social Media 
You also can make such as Facebook page, youtube, blog, telegram, instragram, line, Whatapp…
6-Make Network Relationship
It is very importance for you. Without network and relationship every business cannot going well , Yes it not 100% correct but it is true. You need to make friend and people near you and far from you.
7-Quality of your business (food , products, services….)
You need to keep your business quality very well, Do not change if your customer live/love.
8-Listen from customer
Customer is a King, is it right? Without customer how your businesses grow?
So all comment or complain for you customer you need to accept but not all. And you need to make a change to be good and better on you quality or business.
9-Quality Control (QC)
You also need to manage your business quality.
10-Services
With good services you can keep and make more customers find you and need your business.
Sometime your product/business not good but your services fast and good they will not forget you and will not stop to buy from you.
